Project Details

A journal is a tool that is sometimes used as a way of self-expression. Whether it is how was your day to deep thoughts that help cope with stressful situations. Each journal is different, which makes it unique. Mine is no exception.

Goal: To create a creative journal with seven journal entries about Graphic Design. After writing them to come up with a concept in which all journals fit together.

The concept for this project was that every decision that I made in those seven days, helped make me the person that I am today. I decided to use PVC pipes because they can easily be changed around to create different directions of my path. I wrote my entries by hand because I knew that no typeface could have that personal touch. The images that are wrapped around the edges of the pipes are images that were taken on those specific days.
